In another case the driver was on the way to work with his car from abroad. Toll Collect arrested the car and imposed for him to pay 3250 toll fees. Criminal charges were also filed. They accused him of having a permanent residence in Germany, so that he had to declare his vehicle and re-register it. We have proven that his permanent residence is not in Germany. The criminal proceedings were discontinued and the fine was refunded in full.
